A. Gold Members

C. Silver Members

III. APPLICATION REVIEW PROCESS

A. Gold Members

• All Gold Membership applications will be carefully reviewed by The Hive's founders.

• An in-person or video interview may be required as part of the evaluation process.

• Upon approval of your application, you will receive a welcome package with further details about your membership and upcoming events.

B. Silver Members

• All Silver Membership applications will be carefully reviewed by The Hive's founders.

• Upon approval of your application, you will receive a welcome package with further details about your membership and upcoming events.

C. Influencer Members

• All Influencer Membership applications will be carefully reviewed by The Hive's founders.

• Upon approval of your application, you will receive a welcome package with further details about your membership and upcoming events.

IV. TERMS & CERTIFICATIONS

By submitting this application, you agree to receive communications from The Hive and acknowledge that The Hive may share your information, as well as any other materials you provide, with other Hive members, affiliates, vendors, and third parties in order to deliver exclusive services to you as a Hive member.

V. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any liability to you involving The Hive, its franchisees, officers, directors, employees, agents, or representatives for any cause whatsoever, arising out of or related to this Agreement and/or membership or participation in The Hive, and regardless of the form of action, will at all times be limited to the annual membership fee paid by you to The Hive. Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event shall there be any liability to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. No actions hereunder may be commenced unless brought within one (1) year of accrual.

VI. CERTIFICATION

I hereby declare and certify that all statements contained in this application, and any accompanying documents, are true and correct. Any misrepresentation or false statement may be grounds for rejecting my application or, if discovered after acceptance, result in immediate termination at The Hive’s discretion, without reimbursement. I further understand that my membership is conditional, and I agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein, as well as those contained within The Hive Member Policies, Guidelines, and Code of Ethics, which I have had the opportunity to review upon request or have received upon induction.

I acknowledge that breaching these terms, conditions, and policies shall be grounds for terminating my membership. I understand and agree that UPON ACCEPTANCE, ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

VII. THE HIVE MEMBERSHIP NDA

I hereby declare and certify that I will not disclose to any individual, enterprise, association, club, networking platform, business platform, or any networking activities (not approved by The Hive or its GOLD members), any information related to Hive activities, topics, gatherings, presentations, or members’ personal details, including photos or job positions.

I fully understand that disclosing such information may result in legal action and penalties up to RMB 1,000,000, not including legal fees.
